School of Transformation

School of Transformation, a comprehensive certificate/certification program aimed at providing professional development, continuing education units, training programs, and self-interest courses. This initiative was designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in various professional fields.

The School of Transformation partnered with leading educational providers, including ProTrain and Purpose Focused Alternative Learning, to offer a diverse range of certification programs. ProTrain provided over 300 online certificate programs, available in both self-paced and instructor-led formats. Additionally, Purpose Focused offered hands-on training specifically tailored for aspiring solar technicians.

Program Highlights:

- ProTrain: Over 300 online certificate programs, either self-paced or instructor-led.

- Purpose Focused: Hands-on training for aspiring solar technicians.

- Cost: Each certification program varied. Alternative payment plans and job opportunities were available. Certification was at the participant’s own expense.

- How to Apply: Applicants could scan the QR code provided in the promotional materials to select a certification program. Applicants were required to be at least 14 years old and possess an identification card.

- Funding Resources: Applicants were encouraged to apply with Navajo Nation Workforce Development for additional funding resources before enrolling in a certification program.
